Pagans in the Hospital
Mar. 2nd, 2010 07:44 pmI am in the process of establishing chaplain services at my local county hospital for Wiccan/Pagan patients. I am blessed in the fact that the hospital's Head Chaplain is extremely supportive and open minded about alternative religions. She feels as strongly as I do about making sure all patients are provided the services they need.
Part of establishing this service involves educating the other chaplains and hospital staff on Paganism. As part of my presentation I want to impress upon my audience that there is a definite NEED for this service in all hospitals.
Can you help? Please fill out the brief survey below. Feel free to use the comment section to elaborate on your experience with your local hospital. Be aware that this entry is public and will be viewable by everyone. If you would like to share the specifics of your story privately with me, feel free to email me at dydan@livejournal.com
