Have you thought about doing chaplaincy training (CPE)? Even though I knew I wasn't going to be a chaplain for a living, I found it one of the most powerful experiences of my life. And although I was definitely an anomaly among my fellow trainees (I was the youngest, one of two women, the only one not in seminary and the only one with a spiritual path outside of the traditional Judeo-Christian) and this gave me trepidation at first, I really felt like I brought something of value to the patients and my peers. There are some places that provide the training that are interfaith. I highly recommend it!
