Why a musician should consider his audience in selecting songs

A couple of my social workers from work just came back from some open house
dealio on the Psych ward. They had a caterer and a harpist playing tunes.
What was he playing for the patients?

The theme from Mahogany.

Do you know where you're going to? Do you like the things that life is
showing you?

That's just wrong...wrong!!

I know! I asked the social workers if the harpist's encore was Patsy Cline's "Crazy". They both said they were trying so hard not to laugh that they practically ran to the elevator.
